The South American Music Conference party started last August 19th with 57 artists performing in 4 different stages to thrill audiences and also several iconic figures of the global electronic music. ADISC (Association of Disc-Jockeys, Lighting and Sound Professionals United for the Culture) was also there covering this mega event.

Professionals from the industry, well-known producers, artists, musicians and promoters in the electronic scene gathered in the biggest music and electronic art festival in Latin America.
SAMC 2009 edition got the key exponents of the industry, professionals and artists together from all South America and the world, with the objective of generating an excellent environment for networking and upgrading trends and vanguard in the electronic world, becoming a shop window of regional and international talent.
The multiple conferences and workshops allowed the audience to come closer to artists and producers and interact with them, while DJs and specialists of the industry were presented in the seminars, generating an environment of analysis, debates and training on the most varied topics, beginning with the development and growth of electronic music in South America, their present time and future as well as specific issues as the art of mixing.
It all started with a series of conferences which were carried out from September 14th to 18th, and were organized by Lustig Producciones and ADISC. |
